At AADY'S BOUTIQUE, we proudly offer a curated selection of clothing, accessories, shoes, perfumes, bedding, dishes, and electronics. Due to the nature of our business and the products offered, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any items. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery at shop@aadysboutique.com with your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a description of the issue.
We will assess the claim and, if validated, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item (if available)

  • Store credit

  • Refund (only in specific cases)

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Personal care products (e.g., perfumes, cosmetics)

  • Bedding, dishes, electronics, and other non-clothing items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or removal of tags

European Union (EU) Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you may be entitled to the 14-day cooling-off period. EU customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is included

EU customers should contact us in writing at shop@aadysboutique.com to initiate a return under this policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Shipping & Returns for Approved Issues

If a return is approved for any reason (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange a return method.
Returned items must be packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit if not sent using our provided method.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the resolution (e.g., replacement, store credit, or refund). Processing may take up to 15 business days.
