Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AADY’S BOUTIQUE LLC. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will ship, what methods we use, and what fees and terms apply. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms below.


1. Shipping Carriers

We partner with the following trusted carriers for domestic and international delivery:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • DHL

We reserve the right to select the carrier and shipping method most suitable for your order based on package weight, dimensions, delivery location, and other logistical considerations.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Orders placed from other countries will not be accepted unless otherwise specified in special promotions or by written agreement.


3. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the following:

  • Package weight

  • Delivery destination (shipping zone)

  • Carrier rates

  • Selected shipping service

  • Promotional offers

We use a combination of:

  • Flat Rate Shipping

  • Weight-Based Shipping

  • Carrier-Calculated Rates

  • Priority Mail & Expedited Services

Minimum shipping charge: $5.95 USD
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, unless an item explicitly qualifies for free shipping based on promotional terms.

Shipping methods may include:

  • USPS First Class Mail

  • USPS Priority Mail (Flat Rate or Regional Rate)

  • FedEx Ground or Express

  • UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air

  • DHL Express (primarily for Canada)

We reserve the right to determine the most efficient shipping method on a case-by-case basis.


4. Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3 PM CST may begin processing the next business day.

  • During peak sales or holiday periods, processing times may be extended to 3–5 business days.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on shipping method, carrier, and destination:

Carrier Estimated Domestic Delivery (USA)
USPS First Class 3–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail 2–3 business days
FedEx/UPS Ground 2–5 business days
Expedited (2-Day/Next Day) 1–2 business days
DHL to Canada 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or courier delays.


6. Shipping Zones & Regional Rates

We utilize zone-based shipping as determined by the originating location (Texas, USA) and the delivery address.

Shipping fees may increase based on the distance between our warehouse and the customer’s delivery location. Canada shipments may be subject to customs duties and import fees.


7. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking numbers. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at shop@aadysboutique.com.


8. Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping may be offered:

  • On specific items (as labeled)

  • During promotional periods

  • With discount codes explicitly stating "Free Shipping"

If an item qualifies, it will be clearly marked at checkout. Free shipping is not retroactively applied unless stated in writing.


9. Delivery Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Please first contact the carrier directly

  • Then email shop@aadysboutique.com with your order number and tracking link


10. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package is returned to us:

  • You will be responsible for a reshipment fee, or

  • You may opt for store credit minus the shipping cost


11. Lost or Stolen Packages

AADY’S BOUTIQUE is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • We recommend using a secure delivery address or requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders

  • Contact the shipping carrier to open a claim for lost or stolen packages


12. Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments depending on product availability, size, or fulfillment location. You will not be charged extra for split shipments unless otherwise notified.


13. International Shipping (Canada)

We ship to Canada via USPS International, DHL Express, or UPS International.

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees
